Fundraising Application Form

At Dairy Queen, we are happy to help you promote your organization while raising funds through a DQ fundraiser. We offer two different fundraiser options:
1) 20% of your organization's sales via in-store and drive-thru orders during your event will be donated to your cause. (**See the fine print below)
2) 20% of your organization's sales of cake gift certificates will be donated to your cause.
We collaborate with many different organizations to give back to the community. For example:
• K-12 schools (Parent/Teacher Organizations, Music/Band teachers, STUCO events)
• University Groups (Greek Life, Intra-murals, Clubs)
• Local Non-Profits (Children’s Miracle Network, United Way of the Plains)
• Youth Sports Teams (baseball, soccer, and dance teams)
• Agricultural Groups (Future Farmers, 4H)
If your organization’s fundraising request qualifies in one of these or a similar category and meets our guidelines, please fill out the form below. Sadly, due to the large number of requests, we are not able to honor all requests. If your request is approved, we will contact you soon.
Application:
We need a minimum of three weeks’ notice to schedule your event. This gives our restaurants time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser.
**The fine print: customers must mention that they are with your organization for their order to be included in the qualifying sales.

If you application is approved, we will need the details.
So, let's discuss dates. In-store fundraisers are held on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Share 3 dates that work for you. Interested in a cake fundraiser, we still need some dates. Cakes are popular and we need to make sure we can supply the demand. Certainly, we can find something that works for either choice! (Your fundraiser has more opportunities to be approved the more flexibility there is with dates.)*
